The naturally bright garage can be separately air conditioned, making it the perfect place for indoor exercise or other activities in the warmer months.
And at the landing at the top of the stairs is a desk for getting a little work done. To the left you'll find the Primary King Bedroom. With luxury mattress and bedding, 55" wall-mounted Smart TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks, ample counters and cabinetry, toilet room, and a large walk-in shower. On the opposite side of this floor is another King bedroom with a bright window overlooking your backyard. This bedroom is also en suite with a shower over tub.

Rental rate includes all utilities except for heating your private pool. An Advance Utility Deposit of $400-1000 per month will be required; the amount depends on the time of year.
