This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome offers nearly 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space, completely shielded from the extreme winds that affect the north end of Palm Springs. Ideal for monthly rentals, this split-level property provides all the amenities you need for a home away from home.
As you enter the property, you'll be directed into the dining room, which has seating for four. To your left, the spacious living room features a gas fireplace and a sliding glass door that leads to your private patio. The patio is furnished with plenty of seating, a BBQ grill, and an umbrella for shade, making it a perfect spot to relax and entertain.
One of the living room walls is almost entirely glass, allowing natural light to fill the room and create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy movie nights on the large-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast nook for two and offers a lovely view of the pool in front of the property. With plenty of windows, the kitchen is bathed in natural light, making it a delightful place to prepare meals.
The first bedroom on the main level includes a desk, a small TV, ample storage, and a queen-sized bed. The accompanying bathroom has a shower/tub combination. A hall closet provides space to store your suitcases or supplies you might acquire during your stay. Head down the hall to access the underground parking spaces and laundry room.
From the dining area, you can head upstairs to the primary suite. This spacious room features a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, large windows, a large-screen TV, and plenty of closet space. The private bathroom includes a separate vanity. There's also a cozy seating area, perfect for enjoying a good book.
