Peaceful calm with a splash of prime desert getaway. Our entire 2-story home (step free access) is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. Minutes away from downtown, the airport and just steps from the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. Enjoy mountain views from every window. Dine out at the amazing restaurants or on the patio with home cooked meals prepared in our fully equipped kitchen. We offer a clean, non-toxic environment with comfortable new furnishings to stretch out, let go and Chill.

The sparkling pool is about ten steps out of the front door so a good tan has never been easier.
If your day of golf, tennis, hiking, shopping or pickle ball has you feeling a little tight, the oversized hot tub is just the ticket.
After a home cooked meal prepared in our fully equipped kitchen, you can kick back and watch your favorite shows or sports events on one of our two integrated Smart TVs with YouTube TV, Netflix or Apple TV.
Enjoy an after-dinner glass of wine on the back patio where you can play some cards, a board game or chat about all the things you plan to do in Palm Springs.
Curl up for some great sleep on our new comfy beds with quality cotton linens. The spacious primary bedroom features a new king size bed, vaulted ceiling and large closet. The spacious second bedroom features a new queen size bed, recliner, large closet and an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous marble walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, providing extra privacy. The hallway air purifier helps in getting restful sleep. Each bedroom has it’s own balcony where you can share quiet time with the humming birds while gazing at the San Jacinto Mountains.
The large, stacked, in-unit washer/dryer will keep your clothes, sports outfits and swim suits clean and ready for your next desert adventure.

Guest access
You'll have the entire condo to yourself. There are 2 locked owner's closets that are not available to guests. In each bedroom, there are large double-slider-door closets available for guest use. Convenient ground level entry through either the front door or the back patio door. Both bedrooms and 2 of the 3 bathrooms located on the second floor. Within our community, you'll have access to 11 swimming pools, 4 tennis courts, 2 hot tubs and an exercise room.
