As the sun sets, the space transforms into a vibrant evening retreat, with an outdoor dining area featuring a kitchen pass-through, a gas barbecue grill, and plenty of room for poolside gatherings. A cozy fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating, lit by the soft glow of tiki torches, sets the perfect Palm Springs vibe for those cool desert nights.
Inside, the home continues to impress with a spacious kitchen that boasts ample counter space, a long breakfast bar, and a wine chiller—ideal for social cooking and entertaining. The living room, anchored by a dramatic stone fireplace, is bathed in natural light from expansive glass walls and clerestory windows. Modern, pristine interiors lead to a private wing of bedrooms, each featuring walls of glass to bring the outdoors in. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a walk-in shower, office space, and private patio for serene moments. Guest rooms, one with a queen bed, flat screen tv and the other with twin beds.
Located just 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs' vibrant hotspots and Uptown's art galleries, trendy restaurants, and vintage shops, Twin Palms Treat is perfectly situated. Even closer—only two blocks away—you’ll find East Palm Canyon, home to coffee houses and upscale dining.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so can result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
