The Waverly Condo features 2 King beds (One in the Primary bedroom and one in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and freshly updated furnishings and decor. The homeowners of the Waverly Condo have spent loving care in the design and decor of the property to help make this property feel like a home away from home.
The Palm Canyon Condo complex features a large common pool, which the property overlooks. The Waverly Condo is perfect for traveling couples who are looking to take a break in Palm Springs. The condo is perfectly located near several top-of-the-line golf courses including Tahquits Creek Golf Resort, Cathedral Canyon, and Mission Hills. The Waverly Condo is centrally located to enjoy all the great areas of the surrounding Palm Springs area including downtown Palm Springs, Cathedral City, and Rancho Mirage.

The management and care for the property listed are provided by the property owner. The Guest will be provided with the property owner's personal contact information prior to the guest's arrival, in the event, the Guest needs assistance during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.
Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.
Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.
