2,700+ square foot home was built in 2000 and later professionally remodeled and custom furnished by Ethan Allen. Large open kitchen with Thomasville cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, brand new high-end Decor appliances, 5 burner stove, dual ovens, dishwasher, and microwave. Large island with double-sinks and bar. Breakfast nook area has 4-seat dining table. Kitchen is completely equipped with brand new stainless steel cookware, china, baking dishes, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. There is also a formal dining room with table for 8. The great room high ceilings make for a very comfortable and open feel. Great room comes equipped with a 60 - inch Smart HDTV, where you can enjoy latest movies and shows from Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple or listen the music through Pandora and Spotify. There is also a portable JBL Bluetooth Speaker. Great room has double glass doors leading out to the pool and spa.

Remote controlled ceiling fans are found in every room of the house.
Home is also equipped with 2 brand new large A/C units for the hottest of days as well as a gas-fireplace for those cool winter nights.

The backyard is an entertainer's delight with private free form salt pool and raised Jacuzzi with waterfall feature. Stainless steel gas BBQ fully equipped with utensils. Optional Pool Heating is $59 per day and the fee will be taken out of your deposit if you decide to heat the pool.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelled 61 days prior to the arrival date,100%of the rental amount, less the cancellation fee of $295 will be refunded. If cancelled between 31and 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the rental amount, less cancellation fee will be refunded. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date.
