Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make this private home your perfect desert getaway. The home has an outdoor fire pit, gas BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining tables, and a gorgeous pool and spa.
House includes a fully stocked kitchen (including a regular coffee maker) and large dining area great for gathering or playing board games.
Enjoy the privacy of your own pool or dine alfresco with a fully equipped outdoor gas BBQ.
There are TVs in each bedroom and all have cable access.
Washer and dryer are provided as well- please bring your own detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay!
The home is about 10 miles from the festivals - Coachella Fest and Stagecoach! We are also about 20 miles from Palm Springs airport and downtown Palm Springs.

RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
-If you are interested in having the pool heated, please contact us before your stay. A $75 per night fee will be added.
-Up to 2 small dogs are allowed for $100/pet per stay.
-The gardener comes on Wednesday mornings.
-The pool man comes on Monday and Thursday afternoon.
-For our guest's protection, we have a Ring doorbell camera. There are deactivated cameras in the backyard that have also been covered.
Palm Desert is home to this vacation home. McCallum Theatre and Coachella Valley History Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Empire Polo Club and Indian Wells Golf Resort.
