The family room features a comfy sectional and plenty of seating for entertaining friends or family. Living Room fireplace is for decor only and is non-working. The dining table seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of dishes, coffee maker, utensils - fully stocked with all of the necessary amenities and more! there's a pantry room off the laundry room. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the family room and garage. Property offers garage parking for one car with driveway accommodating two additional vehicles. Living Room fireplace is for decor only and is non-working.
SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features views of the beautiful backyard and mountain views. The main bedroom sliders give direct access to the pool area. Main bedroom features a king adjustable bed, spacious closet space, ceiling fan, 42in. SmartTV. The en-suite bath provides a glass-enclosed shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, ceiling fan and a work desk. The second guest room includes a queen adjustable bed, closet, ceiling fan and a 32in SmartTV. Guest bedrooms share a bathroom off the hallway.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
