Adjoining the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up onto the large Patio with a Sparkling heated Pool and Spa. Throw something on the built-in gas Bar-B-Que grill and dine Al Fresco under the Desert Stars. The beautiful outdoor patio is partially covered by a Pergola for those needing a little shade from the Brilliant Sunshine as well as a KoolFog mist system to keep cool.

Access to whole house and outdoor BBQ with sink. Hot tub is heated. Pool is unheated normally, but can be heated for an additional $10 per day during the winter. Guests have quiet use of the whole property.
