Because the balcony faces north, it remains shaded and comfortable throughout the day—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or stargazing at night. Two additional balconies provide even more opportunities to soak in the desert landscape.
Inside, the chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch stainless steel appliances, Calacatta quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, and a large walk-in pantry.
