Our spacious condominium is 2,000+ SF and is an end-unit, single level, and is located on hole One South of the Monterey Country Club! Monterey is a beautiful neighborhood with fantastic neighbors, great pools, and a nice clubhouse! There are 37 pools and spas throughout the neighborhood, and our views of the mountains and course are second to none!

Palm Desert is in the sweet spot between Palm Springs and LaQuinta. It's a stone's throw away from the fabulous restaurants and shopping in the El Paseo shopping district, great hiking, GOLF, casinos, the ACRISURE ARENA and grocery stores such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Bristol Farms.

Our home has a clean, minimalist/ transitional style and has been updated (new vinyl plank flooring and paint). It's fully furnished, including linens, and the beds are super comfy. Two of the bedrooms have organic/ non-toxic mattresses for those of you who may be concerned about that sort of thing.

The patio has been expanded and has a fire-pit, sectional couch seating, two chaise lounges and a dining table. The KitchenAid built in BBQ is a fun addition for those who enjoy grilling it up!

There are beach cruiser bikes available for your use, as well as floats for the pool! Dual zone HVAC, WiFi, iron/ steamer, pool towels, coffee maker, tea kettle, plenty of high quality cook and bakeware! We think you'll like it here as much as we do :)

Located in Palm Desert, this condo is next to a golf course and in the mountains. Empire Polo Club is worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Living Desert Zoo and Gardens and Palm Springs Convention Center. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Acrisure Arena or Agua Caliente Casino. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
