The Master Bedroom is gorgeous with an upholstered king bed, a cozy shag area rug, custom bedding, and a 48" flat screen TV. The Master Bath is stunning with white marble and grey limestone mosaics on the floor, with beige limestone surround and shower. A white quartz slab counter, and white marble mosaic backsplash and dual sinks, nickel faucetry, and custom cabinetry give the bath a spa-like feel. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, with brand new furniture and custom bedding. The den has a Queen bed and also has a 42" flat screen TV. The second bath is gorgeous with limestone floors, white quartz slab counter and white marble and glass tile mosaic backsplash. There is a full size laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer, and also a 2 car garage.
The flagstone patio is just off the kitchen with a 48" teak table and outdoor rope chairs overlooking the beautiful 8th Fairway (East Exposure), as well as a new stainless steel BBQ for grilling. One of 30 shared pools is just steps away, with a jacuzzi. The famous El Paseo Drive is just 5 minutes away for fabulous shopping and dining. The River in Rancho Mirage is less than 10 minutes away on Hwy 111, and has several restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre. The Living Desert is 10 minutes away, and is an outdoor wildlife park great for all ages. Our place is stocked with all required paper products as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all base levels spices, salt, pepper, sugars, tea, etc. We also provide bottled water and some Keurig coffees to get our guests started. FYI city of Palm Desert codes do not allow the use the term 3rd bedroom … so it’s listed as a “den”, photos are shown. The city of Palm Desert also does not allow marketing it as sleeping 6, requiring only marketing as four. This is their short term rental code. We have complied with their remarkably coherent 😂city codes. Guests can use common sense as necessary when considering our property and layout as our valued guests. All rooms have windows and or skylights, state of the art carbon monoxide and smoke detectors per building codes we purchased and renovated with approved city of Palm Desert plans, permits and signed off final inspections.
Check in time for our place is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11 am to allow for cleaning between guests. Additional photos upon request
