Live the Palm Desert lifestyle in this fully remodeled mid-century gem. This home has been renovated top to bottom with all-new flooring, appliances, a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, custom tile, and cabinetry. Every room features a ceiling fan and lighting on dimmer switches. Custom mattresses ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom has a phone charging station with white noise and Bluetooth speakers. The bathrooms provide salon-quality blow dryers, magnifying mirrors, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion.
The large pass-through window in the kitchen and La Cantina-style door are the highlights of the home allowing the indoor-outdoor vibe at all times.
This home is brand new to the rental market and all that comes with it. Brand new furnishings, kitchen supplies, mattresses, etc. With the exception of the vintage pieces that complete the mid-century vibe.
Outside, you will enjoy a covered patio with market lights, saltio tile, mountain views, a heated pool with floaties, putting green, a built-in BBQ, an outdoor fridge, and a full bathroom. The south-facing backyard will keep you warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. The home features a one-car garage and driveway parking.
Nestled between El Paseo and Indian Wells in south Palm Desert, The Blue Palm is within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops including Catus Jacks, Starbucks, Eureka, and The Nest. Just under a mile to El Paseo, 8 miles to Coachella, 1.5 miles to the Living Desert, 3 miles to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. 2.5 hours from San Diego, Los Angeles, and Disneyland.

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
