This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus den Desert Villa is located at 48847 Cassia Place, Palm Desert, CA 92260. The home is on a quite dead end street overlooking the 10th green of the North golf course.
Our home has been extensively remodeled. As a result the entire back of the house now offers you completely unobstructed 180 degree views of the golf course and mountains via 8' tall glass windows and doors. The view from anywhere in the open concept living/dining/kitchen area is truly amazing.
The kitchen and bathrooms were fully remodeled in the summer of 2024. Beautiful travertine floors greet you at the front door and run throughout the entire home.
The fully remodeled master bath's extra-large walk-in shower with bench seat will make you feel like you've walked into a spa. Just outside it is the long granite vanity with double sinks. In the master closet you'll find a collection of books, games and puzzles.
This vacation home has high-definition, flat-screen smart televisions in the living room and both bedrooms with access to cable in the Living Room and Master, Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming video on all TVs.
Fast Wifi is available from every room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up breakfast, lunch, dinner, smoothies, cocktails, coffee, espresso, and even waffles. It has granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
The large dining table seats six (eight with the leaf inserted) under a vaulted ceiling. The wet bar includes glassware for every need. Underneath are more supplies to make your stay more enjoyable: candles and holders, placemats and napkins, etc.
On the patio is over 800 square feet of outdoor living space overlooking the 10th green of Ironwood's North Course and the Santa Rosa mountains. The views are stunning! It's the perfect place to relax with coffee in the morning, a book in the afternoon, or dinner and drinks fireside with your honeybunch in the evening. Here you'll find:

--a fire pit with four padded swivel rocking chairs
--two chaise lounges
--a second rolling umbrella
--a bubbling fountain
--built in natural gas gas barbeque (no propane tanks to fill)
