This is a single story townhouse. One car garage and parking for one addtl car on shared driveway . This townhome offers space, openness and lots of natural light in. All the action is on the front yard ... that's where the pool is! and the small backyard although comfortable is hardly ever used. The backyard backs to El Dorado St.

Avondale is a private guarded-gated community with private golf course. One tennis court available, as well as pickleball. Clubhouse offers dining options . Gym. Avondale is located in the central part of Palm Desert, California, off Country Club Drive, and around the corner from JW Marriott Desert Springs hotel, Indian Ridge Golf Club, The Lakes, Palm Valley Golf Club, The Oasis Golf Club, Desert Falls Country Club. Ralph's Supermarket is a wonderful market with a great selection of wines and just a few blocks down the street - across from the JW Desert Springs Marriott. We are also a short drive to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Downtown La Quinta, shopping and many restaurants on famous El Paseo Drive, and minutes to downtown Palm Springs and Casinos, and Great Food.
