The condo features a small private courtyard and separate patios off both the living area and master bedroom with lake views. Both the master and 2nd bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. The living room features a 50" flat screen TV with apps to access your streaming accounts. Internet / Wifi included. New washer and dryer are located in your private 2 car garage.

The gated grounds are beautiful and include lakes, waterfalls and river features throughout the complex, tennis and pickleball courts (rackets for both are provided), a basketball hoop, putting greens, and a clubhouse. The complex has 3 gorgeous resort style heated pools (one steps away from your front door and the other two are also very close by) all with Jacuzzis. The clubhouse is perched at the large pool and grotto jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful lake. It includes a gym, sauna, ping pong table, pool table and weekly happy hours (seasonal / may vary), BBQ, puzzle and book library, spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas with TV and fireplace. The neighbors are great.
