This home has two bedrooms, one bath, a newly remodeled kitchen and a newly remodeled master bedroom and master bath. (The home actually has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for the guests who rent longer than 28 days!) The large master bedroom is separate from the two other bedrooms. The Master bath has a jacuzzi tub. The pool has been resurfaced with pebble sheen and can be heated. Just installed are the outdoor lighting features which add a wonderful ambience. The pool and patio are surrounded with a block wall for complete privacy. This home is furnished with everything needed for a wonderful vacation!
For the months of January, February and March, I only rent by the month. Please note on the calendar that shorter stays are welcome on the other months!

(For reservations less than 28 days the City of Palm Desert has mandated that I live on property. I will be in the Primary bedroom on the west side of the home. I will be available for anything that you need but you will never see me otherwise!!)

Located in Palm Desert, this vacation home is near a water park. McCallum Theatre and Coachella Valley Repertory Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Empire Polo Club and Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Check out an event or a game at Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and consider making time for Palm Springs Convention Center, a top attraction not to be missed. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, mountain biking, and cycling nearby.
