**Security Details** We have a Ring Doorbell and Ring Camera on the garage exterior facing the driveway and street. This is strictly for security purposes and your privacy will be respected.

PET POLICY: Dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per dog (max two per reservation). Please add pets at the time of booking.

PARKING: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway (garage is not available for parking). Parking is strictly prohibited on the lawn, in the street, or within the first 15 feet from the edge of the pavement (swale area) between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers may not be parked in front of the house, except for temporary loading, unloading, or cleaning. You will need to park the trailer at a storage facility during your stay. We can provide you with nearby facilities/marina.
