Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges: The guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement.

**Pool heating is available for an additional $200
Please note that the pool is professionally maintained and cleaned once per week by a certified pool service company. While every effort is made to keep the pool in pristine condition, you may notice a few leaves or minor debris that occasionally make their way into the water due to inclement weather or wind.
Rest assured, the pool is regularly serviced and remains clean and safe for swimming.
If you would like to request an additional cleaning during your stay, and if the pool service is available to accommodate the request, a $100 service charge will apply.

PET RULES: NO PETS ALLOWED ❌

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

These fees are primarily in place to discourage late checkouts/early arrivals. They cause our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests' arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard we hold them to.

There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit. The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver, stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
