Welcome to the Hammock beach lifestyle at the Simply Devine Beach Home, where the living is easy! This is a brand new home that offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and just a short walk to the beach and the community center with volleyball, tennis court, and beach parking. Our home truly offers the indoor/outdoor living feel with an automatic screen on the front porch that allows you to easily open and close it depending on your needs and the weather. We are in a private and quiet area, that feels like a Florida jungle while still being close to all that the fun and attractions of Palm Coast and St. Augustine offer. We have a king sized bed in the primary bedroom and both of the additional rooms have queen beds and we also have a comfortable gel queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Help yourself to our yummy coffee bar so you stay fueled for all the adventure that this area offers. If you cannot get enough of being outside in our beautiful weather, enjoy the fire pit under the stars!

Our home is also right next door to the famous Mala Compra mountain biking trails and the best BBQ in Northeast FL can be found at Captains BBQ across the street, do not forget to try the authentic NY cheesecake there as well. You can walk to numerous restaurants and coffee shops here, as well as the fish market. Bings landing Marina and historical site is also across the street so you can easily bring a boat and launch it there. We have numerous biking paths paved and unpaved, multiple golf courses, great restaurants and bars and we are so close to the historic area of St. Augustine. This location is the perfect in-between for day trips to Orlando and Disney as well as Daytona for Nascar fun!

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

Located in Palm Coast, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Matanzas National Monument and Bulow Plantation State Historic Site are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Faver-Dykes State Park. Palm Coast Lanes and Let's Play Indoor Playground are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
