Relax with your Entire Family or Enjoy a Romantic Getaway in this Luxurious and Spacious One of a Kind Designer Home. Enormous Bathrooms with Custom Tile Work in the Showers. No expense spared in renovating this home. Fully Stocked Enormous Kitchen with Quartz Counter-tops and brand new stainless steel appliances - perfect for cooking a family meal or a candlelit dinner. Recessed and Designer Lighting throughout. Spacious Patio and Private Screened In Patio with Heated Swimming Pool - great for grilling, sunbathing, watching some television or just relaxing with a glass of wine. Large two car garage and spacious driveway. Cable big screen televisions throughout (including the patio) and strong Wi Fi. Very close to the beach, walking and biking trails and lots of restaurants and other fun activities!
This home offers three bedrooms with one King Size Bed, One Queen Size Bed, and one bunk bed consisting of two full beds and a twin trundle (three total). Master Bedroom has a private master bath with an enormous tile shower, two large closets and views of the pool and a large cable television with a high ceiling and ceiling fan. Second bathroom is all tile with new tub.
There is also a folding portable Crib for those with small children. The Portable Crib is made of a solid wood, a 3-position mattress support and with a modern flair. The mattress level can be easily adjusted without the use of tools. Orbelle Trading folding Portable Crib, is a play-pen, a changing station and a Portable Crib. The headboard and footboard are extra thick, for safety. Of course, we have a high chair handy too.
Completely fenced-in back yard! Great for dogs - we allow pets on a case by case basis so please reach out to us with the details. We have and love animals so we are very flexible.
Some of the other amenities include: a) board games; b) cards; c) large gas grill with plenty of propane; d) three bikes; e) lawn games; f) pool inflatables; g) blender; h) hair dryers; i)Coolers; j) beach chairs and umbrellas; k) crock pot; l)Coffee Maker; m) blue tooth speaker; n) microwave; o) all the dishware, glas and pots and pans needed for cooking; p) pool toys including basketball and squirt guns; q) fancy pool lounging chairs; r) lots of tables and chairs near pool; s) beach wagon with toys for the kids and many many others!
The sandy beaches of Flagler County are less than ten minutes away. Jungle Hut Park beach is one of our favorites! Lots of shopping, restaurants and the European Village all very close. Distances to some of the places we like visit are:

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Palm Harbor, a neighborhood in Palm Coast. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Faver-Dykes State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Palm Coast Lanes and Let's Play Indoor Playground. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
