This beautiful, spacious, newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home was carefully designed to provide you with the perfect, stylish, beach get away in Palm Coast.

This home boasts a large solar heated in ground pool with a FULLY fenced in yard and screened in lanai.

The open concept living area is incredibly spacious, which allows everyone to enjoy their time together.

Located close to beaches, amazing restaurants, shopping, and historical sites this home has it all!
The space
Our newly renovated 2,000 square foot home offers guests a clean, calm and inviting atmosphere to take in all that beautiful Palm Coast has to offer.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

One King size bedroom with it's own private bathroom with stand up shower as well as a walk in closet and private office.

One Queen size bedroom.

One Bunk bedroom with a twin on top, full on bottom and a pull out twin trundle as well as a kids sofa that could be turned into a small bed.

One pull out Queen size sofa bed in the living room.

We have a pack n play on site, parents are responsible for any bedding, cleaning of it as well as setting it up and putting it back in the garage after use.

We offer high end hotel pillows as well as memory foam mattresses. We spared no expense in making sure you will get a great night sleep after a long day exploring the area!

KITCHEN:

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances you'll have everything you need to prepare your meals. New cookware, bakeware, air fryer, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, drip coffee maker as well as single serve pod option. OUTDOOR SPACE:

The best part of coming to Florida is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and we've set our space up so that you can do just that. In the fully fenced in backyard there is a stepping stone path, a screened in lanai surrounding a large in ground pool with lounge chairs, beautiful outdoor dining set, and comfy sofa seating area all within the screened in lanai.

There is a grill on the side of the house that is provided as a bonus but it is not cleaned by the cleaners. Please use the tools provided to clean up after yourself should you choose to use it.

PETS:

We will allow up to 2 dogs for an additional fee. We just ask that you please pick up after them and don't allow them to chew on the furniture or go into the pool. SORRY NO CATS OR OTHER ANIMALS ALLOWED.

Guests will need to bring all their personal toiletries including tooth paste and tooth brushes, salt/pepper. coffee, shampoo, body wash and cooking oil.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property. We do have two small owner's closets in the hallway, which are locked for the cleaners to keep their supplies.

Belle Terre, a neighborhood in Palm Coast, is home to this vacation home. Florida Agricultural Museum and Gallery of Local Art are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Palm Coast Lanes and Let's Play Indoor Playground.
