If you frequently feel like you need a vacation to recover from your vacation, then you are doing it all wrong. You need a vacation to get away from it all, and this is it!! You will feel it as soon as you walk in the house. High end luxury build with all the creature comforts of home, but with views of the ocean from almost every room. No high rise apartment or condo building with hundreds of people to worry about. No walking half mile from that “Just steps from the beach”. Your own patio for sunning or eating out (Sorry, private Butler not included). A piece of paradise you won't find anywhere else including a beach like no other in Florida. Partially rocky, like those on the West Coast, and partially white sand like your typical Florida Coast line.

This private 2500+ Sq Ft oceanfront retreat with it's 45’ wide upper patio features amazing, uninterrupted panoramic views of awesome beach sunrises that will make you question if you have died and gone to heaven. If you want some space from your kids or guests, the house is designed with both upstairs indoor and outdoor similar living quarters including living rooms and outdoor patios. Both patios have outdoor sofas and dining tables. Both living rooms have sectional sofas that will accommodate 6-8 people with large UHDTVs.

Your luxury suite consists of upscale finishing including state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, LG cooktop and double ovens and other high end kitchen appliances. Tile floors and 10+’ ceilings throughout , with walls of windows overlooking the ocean in virtually every room. (Sorry laundry and bathrooms are more private without windows)
The upper Living room features an over-sized u shape leather sectional with excellent views of the beach. For those looking for indoor entertainment, the living room is equipped with State of the art 65" Ultra High Definition TV, Streaming cable, Amazon TV, Netflix, and access to other subscriptions like Hulu, Redbox, Etc, of your own and a blue-ray player. Also for the romantic/ relaxing evenings, a 60" wide Fireplace with or without heat depending on the weather.
The dining room seats 8 and opens up through double sliding doors to the covered outdoor dining area to experience the waves crashing on the beach, and easy access to your 2nd level patio. This is the best room in the house to watch the dolphins playing, you can usually count on seeing them every morning. If you prefer, walk outside and have your coffee or dinner outside on the covered patio. Or sit and relax on the outdoor sectional. For my wife and I, this is where we spend most of our time. The upper and lower patios are shaded from Noon on. However for the sun lovers, the recliners can be moved to the back yard to enjoy the sun longer.

The master bedroom also features a king size memory foam/ gel infused mattress, fall asleep watching your 55" UHDTV, or just relax in bed and enjoy the view of the ocean through another 8' wide window. The master bedroom has it's own door to the covered patio. Your master bath with 2 person tub, separate tiled Celebrity shower and dual Espresso vanities are accessible through a 8' tall rustic barn door to complete the ambiance of getting away from it all.

Downstairs the second Living room is so your guests can split up and enjoy their own space. With their own 55” UHDTV, blue ray Player, there is no reason to argue about what the family wants to watch. You may spend a whole week and not see each other except to eat. The Sofa can also converts to a Queen sized memory foam sleeper. This home is perfect for 2 couples or those with kids that the parents need to put away for a while to relax. Also downstairs is a classic arcade game that contains all over 18,000 video games from 1980-2000 including Atari, Nintendo, Gameboy, and 13 other video systems.
Downstairs also hosts the other 2 bedrooms providing more privacy.
The Whale bedroom features a Queen Memory foam bed, 43" Ultra HD TV with streaming cable also with a view of the ocean and dunes from two windows.
The 3rd Bedroom features 2 full size bunk beds and a pull out 3rd full size trundle. No twin beds here. This bedroom has its own 43’ Ultra HDTV with streaming cable and the same view to the ocean dunes. All bedrooms have black out curtains to allow you to sleep in late if needed.
Between the two bedrooms is a large bath with dual vanities Tub/ Shower combo and direct access to the back patio where you will find dining table for 8 and outdoor sofa for 8 just like the one up stairs. If you're imaging a home with basically 2 living quarters, you're imagining correctly with the exception of a single kitchen.
Garage with parking for 2 vehicles out of the weather.

The privacy provided at this executive home is unobtainable in any condo or most houses, since there is no one 2 lots either side of you, and no other buildings to look around. Your short walk across the back yard to the beach will confirm your in a place of your own, as it is only accessible from this house. Once on the beach, your likely to find more Birds, turtles and dolphins than people.
The beaches around Marineland Palm Coast are very unique offering both rocky beaches mimicking those of island getaways, along with areas of your more typical Florida beaches of lengthy white sand. There are only a handful of places in the world that offer Coquina rock beaches, its just another feature to this area. So much so the state of Florida has protected mush of the area as state parks. For just chilling out at the beach, we prefer the rocky areas to sit and enjoy the crashing of the surf on the rocks during high tide. At low and mid tide the rocks are completely out of the water allowing you to walk across them and look for shells and crabs in the rocks' crevices. At high tide, the waves will splash off the rocks offering those perfect "Movie Style" pictures with vertical splashes of mist.
For those looking for surfing and typical beaching, low tide is awesome everywhere as the rocks are no longer at waters edge. The areas just to the north that is completely cleared for surfing and swimming at all times. It's the best of both worlds. House is stocked with fishing gear, bicycles, beach toys and chairs, and games for when stuck inside. Large open back yard on the beach is even great for volleyball or other yard games.
Even though the beach is secluded and peaceful, there are dozens of great restaurants within a few miles of the house, Palm Coast has over 100 restaurants with just as many shops and half dozen grocery stores within 15 minute drive. St Augustine is only 15 miles north with more options, with Flagler beach 10 minutes to the south.
This vacation location is not for everyone. It's designed for those who are looking to get away...... They aren't wanting a crowded beach, wanting to wait on busy elevators, or listening to loud upstairs neighbors, or housekeeping knocking on your door all times of the day. This is the vacation that doesn't need a vacation afterwards to recover.

We are only renting our house a few times a year, so if you want to be one of those special few that get to experience this beyond breathtaking and relaxing location, you will need to book early.

Please keep in mind we are selective in choosing our guests. The only way we can keep providing accommodations this nice at this price is to be selective, so we don't accept pets, smokers, or very large groups. Our house can accommodate/sleep 8 easily.

We are required by VRBO to notify our guest that we do have security cameras outside the house that monitor only the surrounding perimeter, not inside the home.

Located in Palm Coast, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Ocean Hammock Golf Club and Hammock Beach Ocean Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore St. Augustine Beach and Faver-Dykes State Park.
