A sweeping ocean-front experience, our balcony offers a large space with plenty of seating for everyone, offering perfect relaxation for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the moon rise with your favorite glass of wine.
If you ever tire of sitting on the balcony, come inside and settle in our comfy living room to watch your favorite cable TV program on the flat screen HDTV or enjoy your favorite Blu Ray DVD. You’ll find a complete cable package as well as high-speed wireless Internet access. Our unit has an open-plan living and dining area, with hardwood floors throughout and cushy accent rugs to snuggle your feet into.
For snacks, meals or entertaining, our fully equipped kitchen is a delight to use and provides granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the necessary cookware to create your own gourmet meals including pots and pans that are dishwasher safe. While you'll find a complete service for 12 for the adults, we have also included plastic “fishy” dishes and bowls with matching cups, sure to delight your little ones. You will also find several pull-out wire shelves in the lower cabinets, so you don’t have to crawl into the cabinets to retrieve anything you need. Choose to enjoy your meals and snacks in either the breakfast nook or the dining area on cushioned chairs around the glass-top tables, or out on the balcony so you can enjoy the views while dining.
We hope you’ll explore your new surroundings and find them to be even better than the photos, with designer touches throughout to make you feel comfortable and at home. From floor to furnishings to vaulted ceilings, this penthouse unit has been totally renovated and the interiors are as gorgeous as its views. Great for long-term stays!
We sleep 6 guests offering a choice of a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds in the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own HDTV. In the master suite, dark, elegant wooden furniture and rich linens keep stress and worry a world away. The en suite bathroom and its large soaking tub offer additional relaxation and for the ladies, enjoy the vanity seating to do your hair and make-up.
The front bedrooms are cozy and inviting, decorated with handmade window coverings. The queen bedroom features Steve’s photos of the 2014 Solar Eclipse which we have had mounted on canvas. (He swears he’s going to sign them one of these days!), as well as an en suite bathroom. We have attempted to provide all of the extras for organizing your belongings by adding lots of towel rings, hooks and a pull-out under-sink cabinet in the bathroom.
The twin room also contains lots of children’s books and toys in the divided bookcase. The third bathroom in the front hall also has extra towel racks, shelves and hooks for added comfort during your stay.
Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Beach Resort rentals include access to a large ocean front heated pool and spa, a second heated pool with a gradual walk-in slope for kids and families, spa, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, an adult game room with pool table, a kids’ game room with Foosball table and video games, seasonal grille, and picturesque walking and jogging trails.
We have provided a Welcome Guide with necessary information for your stay as well as information and menus for our favorite local places. In addition, you will find a binder with guide for Northeast Florida activities, including Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Historical St Augustine and St Augustine Beach.

The Neighborhood:

Cinnamon Beach is an unspoiled, picturesque stretch of the Atlantic coastline nestled between Historic Saint Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south. Cinnamon Beach is known for its unique cinnamon colored sand, a natural result of the ocean waves lapping against the offshore coquina reef. Miles of uncrowded beach offer a low-key and laid-back environment to just sit and enjoy the relaxing beach life. 
There are plenty of local restaurants for dinning and entertainment. Visit the Captain’s BBQ at Bings Landing on the intercoastal water way, or the many shops and restaurants in the European Village. For a unique experience try the Funky Pelican right on the ocean in Flagler Beach just 15 minutes away. If you are looking for adventure, then a day trip into historic Saint Augustine is a must. Walk along St. George street and experience the eclectic collection of shops, restaurants, and countless entertainment options.

Located in Palm Coast, this condo is on the beach. Fort Matanzas National Monument and Bulow Plantation State Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hammock Beach Ocean Course and Jungle Hut Park Beach. Palm Coast Lanes and Let's Play Indoor Playground are also worth visiting.
