Just a 3 Min Walk to the beach! This charming, two-story octagonal beach home almost feels like being in a tree house and is nestled less than a block away from a pristine stretch of the Atlantic coast. The property boasts a distinctive wrap-around balcony, ideal for taking in the ocean breezes and beach views. Inside is warm and inviting with a stunning tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace perfect for cool evenings.

The layout includes a separate in-law suite on the ground level, providing added privacy for guests or extended family members. This cozy space offers its own small but completely equipped kitchen, a dining area plus bar top, a bathroom with sink and shower, and a lving area with a comfortable oversized "bed chair" that sleeps one. It's the perfect retreat or get-away space when looking for some quiet time pr for someone who can not climb stairs. The main house is full of charm and offers a generous sized living and dining area, a large kitchen and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and it's own ensuite bathroom (there is also access to this bathroom from a separate entrance in the hallway). Through the primary bedroom, is a private step-down room that could be used as a den or extra bedroom because it has a sleeper sofa, AC wall unit and TV. This room can also be accessed through a private entrance off the balcony so it can be completely shut off from the primary and considered another private room for a guest. The guest bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds allowing sleeping for 4, plus it has a baby crib. This room also has it's own private ensuite bathroom.

The house is situated on an unpaved but well-graded, true beach road, flanked by other grand beach homes, offering a rustic yet luxurious beachside vibe. It's just a short walk to beach access, making it easy to enjoy sun, sand, and surf and even has an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.

Our home is situated the Hammock area of Palm Coast that offers all of the outdoor adventures as well as it still close to Historic St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, Daytona and a 1 hour trip to Orlando. Here are some nearby attractions:

A historic park located along the Intracoastal Waterway with the best BBQ and Cheesecake restaurant called Captains. It offers boat ramps, fishing spots, picnic areas, and nature trails. There’s also the remains of a 1760s plantation to explore.
4. Princess Place Preserve Distance: 15-20 min
A 1,500-acre nature preserve offering scenic trails, equestrian paths, kayaking opportunities, and the oldest standing structure in Flagler County, the Princess Estate.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

Located in Marineland Acres, a neighborhood in Palm Coast, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Faver-Dykes State Park, while Flagler Beach Historical Museum and Gallery of Local Art are cultural highlights. Palm Coast Lanes and Let's Play Indoor Playground are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
