One-bedroom one-bath with futon sofa.
Sleeps three people comfortably.
Enjoy cute kitchenette. Which includes Mini fridge, Microwave with Range, Stove top, 7-in-1 compact Oven, Sink, Blender, Toaster and Keurig. All you need to make lovely meals.
Enjoy turning the coffee table into a desk or set at the two seater dining table.
Wonderful location, close to local restaurants, shopping and best of all Flagler beach is only 14 minutes away.. if you need assistance, we live in the main house. If needed, we are here to help. Please don't hesitate. We are happy to assist you. Parking instructions Please view the parking photo in the photos provided. Look for red rectangle near the street for street parking. Park near my mail box in front of my house. Please don't park in neighbors grass or directly across the street of neighbors driveway. Park close to my mailbox. House rules - Remove your shoes and place them inside by the front door. No eating on the sofa/futon or bed. Be sure the space is tidy before you leave. We are not pet friendly. My dogs love people but they don't like other dogs. Can result in extra cleaning fee. No parking on neighbors property. No other persons allowed on the property unless they are in the reservation. By booking this short term rental you are aware and take responsibility for your persons. We are not responsible for any persons injured on the property. No smoking. No drugs. Drink responsibly. Any damage to the property will result in a fee. For longer stay - l am required to check on the condition of the short term rental every week and a half. Replace linens, towels and basic cleaning. Note - No Vehicle coverage for guest. This short term rental isn't best suited for young children. Due to light colored decorations easily stains and damageable. However if responsible adults feels comfortable to care for children and guesthouse property, all are welcome. Please note all of curtains in the guesthouse are not blackout. Allows the natural light to fill the space. Guesthouse has one TV with Roku. You will be able to sign in to your streaming services. We do not have cable or satellite. If you want to use the futon as a bed you must contact me so I can switch it and provide bedding and mattress topper. Bedding/Mattress topper is not stored in guesthouse. Since there is no extra space for storage. I must prepare futon before your arrival.

Belle Terre, a neighborhood in Palm Coast, is home to this guesthouse. Bulow Plantation State Historic Site and Bulow Plantation Ruins Historic State Park are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Betty Steflik Memorial Preserve. Palm Coast Lanes and Let's Play Indoor Playground are also worth visiting.
