Spend quality time outdoors in the neighborhood’s well-maintained parks. Island sunshine showers into the living area through large windows. A sleeper sofa, a chaise lounge, and cushioned teardrop chair provide comfy seating. Watch favorite shows on the TV equipped with Roku. Bring home fresh ingredients and prepare locally inspired recipes in the kitchen. Perch at the bar for two as dinner simmers on the gas range. This two-story rental sleeps four guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both bedrooms boast handsome vaulted ceilings and a dreamy queen bed. Beautiful atrium doors on both sides of each bedroom lead directly to the wraparound lanai. Located across the lanai from each bedroom, the half bath provides added convenience. The full bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
