The Getty Villa: An educational center and museum dedicated to the study of the arts and cultures of ancient Greece, Rome, and Etruria are only about 15 minute drive.

The light room and beachy décor lend a wonderful feel to the room with easy access to the patio and grassy backyard haven. Large bay windows off the living room overlook glimpses the Santa Monica Canyon.

The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, gas stove, filtered water system, wood cupboards and access to the dining and family rooms. The family room opens to a patio and backyard garden—the perfect place to cook and get-away for a quiet moment with a family or with someone special. It's also perfect for entertaining.

The dining room is open and spacious, with a modern chandelier lighting the pine dining table with seating for 6.

The master bedroom has dark hardwood floors and boasts large paned windows overlooking glimpses of the Santa Monica Canyon. The king-size bed is perfect for a romantic holiday or large family gathering.

The master bathroom has a vanity with sink and a bathtub/shower.

Another full-sized bedroom is accessed from the family room. Next to this room is a second bathroom with a shower combination, hand painted washstand and pedestal sink.

Off the family room is another bedroom with a queen bed, that overlooks the backyard and access to the second bathroom, mirror and standing shower.

The detached tiled Laundry room, garage or office space is divided and boasts lots of storage. The office/ backroom overlooks the private backyard garden w/a beautiful shade tree & BBQ space.

From there your next to the Venice Beach and Boardwalk where there are all kinds of eateries, bars, shopping and theaters surround this coveted area, too, from garden cafes, fresh seafood restaurants, juice bars and wineries, all just a few mile away.
