Stroll to Lover's Point and hop on the coastal recreational trail to commune with sea, sky and sea lions. Named after the owner's extensive boat collection, this single story home has a fireplace, hardwood floors, and a peek of Monterey Bay. There's a king bed in the master, two standard twins (38"x75") in the guest room, and a new queen sofa sleeper in the study. Both baths have walk-in showers lined in travertine. The backyard brick patio has a barbecue, a chiminea, and a rose garden: if you like to be close to town and close to nature, you'll feel right at home here.
