High above Seabrook is a sky full of stars for gazing and perched above the Pacific Ocean is Ursa Major. With beautiful ocean views and wide open spaces, Ursa Major embodies rest and relaxation.
Just a single step inside the door of Ursa Major and you can kick off your shoes and drop your sandy bags off in the spacious mudroom. You will be blown away by the oversized kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or snack. Gather around the kitchen island or sit at the dining table for dinner or family game night.
Grab the popcorn and a glass of wine and head downstairs. Melt in the comfy couch while streaming your favorite movie on Hulu or Amazon Prime on a 75-inch TV. You won’t mind doing laundry in the state of the art laundry room with plenty of room for sorting and folding. The lower level also has a king guest bedroom, bathroom and doors leading outside to the private hot tub.
The top floor features a bunk room that sleeps 3, a queen guest bedroom, a full bathroom and the primary suite with a king bed, attached bathroom and deck overlooking the ocean.
For extra space, Ursa Major has a one of a kind carriage house. Located under the garage, the carriage house has a large kitchenette, with a dishwasher, sofa sleeper in the living room, queen bedroom and bathroom. The quaint space is perfect for a couple or small family.
