Located in Seabrook’s South Farm District, CaberNeigh Getaway is the ultimate vacation home. Just steps away from Barn Hill Park, you will find the largest fire pit in all of Seabrook. Enjoy the views of the park and watch the horses graze in the pasture while sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine under the electric heaters.
Take the kids for a short walk through the trails, on the oyster shells, or with their bikes to the Old Stump, Gnome trail, shops and restaurants, or the beach! The South Farm District is the perfect location to enjoy all that Seabrook has to offer…a hop, skip, and a jump to the new, outdoor Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center!
CaberNeigh Getaway has an open floor plan, allowing for easy family gatherings. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with everything a chef needs to whip up a gourmet meal. The spacious dining room comfortably seats 8, with room for 3 more at the large kitchen island. The living room is perfect for some R&R, with a unique high-top game table and ample seating for movie night on the Smart/Cable TV.
Upon entering this home, you will find a large 2-car garage with an EV charging station. The garage is perfect for unloading in the unpredictable PNW weather! Additionally, you will have great mountain bike storage with ideal trailhead access. A private queen bedroom with a Smart/Cable TV and full bathroom can be found on the bottom floor as well; ideal for your teen or a couple looking for some quiet space. The main floor boasts the dining room, kitchen, living room, game area, half-bath, and grill on the back deck. On the third floor you will find the master suite, with a king bed and private bathroom. A bunk room with children’s toys/books, another king bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room round out the top floor. All mattresses in this home are luxury memory foam, perfect for a great night’s rest.
