The house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a street and backed up to a green space with a trail to the beach. Sea Grass Bluff only has one neighbor house next to it which makes it unique compared to a typical Seabrook neighborhood with multiple neighbors. The courtyard offers complete seclusion from passer byers exploring Seabrook.

Located on the oceanside of the community and a few minutes walk to downtown shops and restaurants!

Open the door and walk into the foyer and you realize every inch of this beach house has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort and ease of use. You will notice the high end finishes of solid surface countertops, shiplap walls and hardwood flooring. The main floor is an open concept and consist of a well laid out kitchen, dinning room with seating for a large family and a sitting room with an oversized sectional, a gas fireplace for warmth and a flat screen TV with all the latest Apps for your convenience. The upstairs has two luxe king bed ensuites while the basement is a perfect area for kids with four custom built extra long bunkbeds, full bathroom and a family room with another oversized sectional and flat screen TV with all the latest Apps as well as a full size laundry room.

"The house is on the same side of the highway as the ocean, which made it an easy walk with our labs. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything you need. The fenced in courtyard allowed us to be outside enjoying the fire table and hot tub without worrying about the dogs straying. Loved the 2 family rooms so we could watch different movies. Will definitely visit again, it’s the perfect spot to vacation with our fur babies"-Sally

In the kitchen, the immaculate stainless steel appliances and two sinks make every meal prep a pleasure. You will want to grab your first mug of morning coffee and sit at the large island as you enjoy great conversations with your family. The large dining table can sit up to 8 family members.

"There are two sinks in the gorgeous kitchen and all the basics/essentials like cooking oil, spices and coffee were provided. The sinks were such a great feature when multiple adults are attempting a cookout/cleanup!"-Dana

OUTDOOR & GARAGE
Each floor has an out door space. One of the master ensuites has a balcony with two sitting chairs. The main floor deck has an outdoor wicker sectional and arm chair as well as an outdoor heater for those cooler days that over looks a wooded area. The basement porch has direct access to the beach trail as well as several sitting options.

The main entry courtyard is fully fenced so your furry family members can hang out with the family without any worries of them running off to explore. There is a BBQ grill, fire table with chairs as well has a hot tub for your enjoyment.

There is also a garage off the courtyard with a dry sauna, exercise equipment and video games. There is also an EV outlet to recharge your EV car during your stay.

You will have access to the entire home to enjoy, minus some equipment closets and supply areas.
The Seabrook community does not allow use of the pools/gym to those not in their program. Sorry, but you do have all the other parks and sports areas available to use. And really Seagrass Bluff has so much available right on site.
Otherwise please be at home and enjoy.
There are informational posters in the home to help answer any questions.
Other things to note
Town center is just a five minute walk across the street and up the hill. There are some great restaurants and a new market is open. There are shops for all the family members and the coffee shop is a must for pastries and great caffeine. The beach is less than a five minute walk from Seagrass Bluff and no roads to cross to get your toes sandy.

Seabrook, a neighborhood in Pacific Beach, is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Shores Beach and Pacific Beach State Park, while Main Street Stage and Museum of the North Beach are cultural highlights.
