WoodSea Owl’s fantastic outdoor living space makes it easy to immerse yourself in the great outdoors. The covered front porch is the perfect place to soak in a sunset with the roar of the ocean in the distance, and the gas grill allows for crafting a fun summertime meal that can be enjoyed at the picnic table in the backyard. The backyard also features a fire pit for evenings full of marshmallows and stories under the stars.
Inside, the entire living space is located on one level and the open floor plan makes it easy for every person and pup on your crew to spend quality time together. Put a record on the bluetooth vinyl record player in the living room and listen to your favorite music all throughout the house, whether you are kicking back on the comfortable velvet sofa, gathering around the dining table for a board game, or mixing up a batch of muffins in the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen has lots of counter space, and the barstool seating at the counter is great for entertaining or getting the kids involved in meal prep.
Adjacent to the open-concept space, a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom await when it’s time to rest up after an evening of swimming at Sunrise Pool just down the street. The king and queen bedrooms are also equipped with Roku TVs for streaming your favorite movies or shows before drifting off to sleep.
