Our home is over 3200 square feet designed with both elegance and comfort. We have staged it for an all inclusive stay. You can enjoy the fire pit sitting out over the marina, have a BBQ on the rear deck, or just lay in the hammock and relax. You have a private 45 foot boat dock stocked with paddle boards, kayaks, and a paddle boat. Life jackets and paddles are also available. The kitchen has high end Wolf and SubZero appliances as well as Wolfgang Puck pans for the best (and worst) of cooks. There are two rooms set up for couples and two rooms set up for singles, something for everyone.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Channel Islands, a neighborhood in Oxnard. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Santa Clara Estuary Nature Preserve and Channel Islands National Park, while Channel Islands Maritime Museum and Carnegie Art Museum are cultural highlights.
