THINGS TO KNOW:

-The Beach is 50 feet away where you can step onto the sand
-There is free parking available for 3 vehicles -Driveway and Street Parking
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at booking and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
-Window AC is only located in the Master bedroom. There are no AC's in the open common spaces such as the kitchen, dining area and upstairs living room or other bedrooms.
