Welcome to our beautiful Villa located in the heart of Oxnard. We are about 7 minutes to the freeways, beaches, shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and just walking distance to our Candy Cane Lane in Oxnards Historical District.

We are walking distance to the Oxnard Civic Center, Airport and the beautiful Santa Clara Church in Downtown Oxnard. We are about 45 minutes to Santa Barbara, Ojai, Malibu, Magic Mountain and Universal Studios.

The space
Our Beautiful Villa is in Downtown Oxnard. It is walking distance to our Historical District, Airport, Civic Center, Restaurants and Super Markets. It's just a 7 minute drive to beaches, freeways and more shopping at the Collections and Camarillo Outlets.

A bit of history on this home. Javier and I raised our two kids in this home. About 12 years ago we built a beautiful ranch home in the outskirts of Oxnard where we finished raising our family. We recently returned back to our villa and decided to Airbnb it vs traditional rental. Todaywe airbnb the ranch home and our villa. We have the pleasure of living in both when not occupied by our guests. This has been the best transition from a a long and very busy corporate life. Still living off a suitcase but now we just go from one home to another.

Since we do live part time in home we remind our guests the home is a Non Smoking home. Unfortunately its due to really bad allergies.
Guest access
Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathroom. The half is small in size but has shower, sink.and toilet. .

Our guests will have a full equipped kitchen to cook breakfast and any other daily meals.

Bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, soap and a few more things.

Our guests will also enjoy good size bedrooms, two of them act as master bedrooms as they have attached bathrooms. Please note that we list it can sleep 6, however its assuming groups will pair up in each queen bed. If expectation is that all 6 have a separate bed then it will not work. We have 1 loveseat in a bedroom and a sofa in the livingroom. They may not be as comfortable as a bed though.

We keep on improving the home to ensure its a very pleasant stay for our guests.
Other things to note
The property has a studio attached to garage and home. Owners occupy from time to time. No worries as we do not access home during our guests stay. The actual studio is on its own wing and owners don’t hear noise from home. Please inquire if you are not comfortable sharing property w owners. We are very flexible and will make arrangements to stay elsewhere prior to your check in.

No pets allowed due to allergies with some of our guests.

Absolutely no parties are allowed in house. If you are visiting family in Oxnard please be aware that only those guests part of reservation should occupy home at all times. We share our home with our guests and do our best to make it a pleasant stay, we just simply ask compliance to our house rules.

Parking for two cars in driveway. Street Parking is available for additional cars, however it's difficult at times to find right infront of home.

Guests under 21 must have an adult supervision.

Oxnard is home to this vacation home. Carnegie Art Museum and Olivas Adobe Historical Park are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Channel Islands Maritime Museum and Golf N' Stuff.
