Welcome to the Beach House at Sunset Lane, a one minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to the harbor.

Forget your worries in our serene, light filled home. Walk to the sand at lifeguard chair 2 on Hollywood Beach, in one direction, and the Channel Islands harbor in the other direction to experience amazing sunrise and sunset overwater views!

Comfortably decorated with everything you could want or need. On the ground floor enjoy a fully appointed kitchen, dining area, living room, “conversation pit”, guest bathroom and patio. There is a ground floor entry offering direct access to Sunset Lane with ample parking for family & friends. (Please note there are two steps up to the entrance and a step down once inside.)

The second floor has two ensuite bedrooms; the queen room has a full bathroom (including bathtub), the king room has cathedral ceilings, a double sink vanity with 3/4 bathroom, a walk-in closet, smart TV and seating area.

In addition, on the second level you will find a very large bonus area that leads to the deck. This area has a large desk/table to serve as your work from home station, game and puzzle area, art studio or a place to exercise.

In our private garage you will find the washer/dryer, beach chairs, a kayak & a couple of bikes to enjoy (more bikes and boats/kayaks/boards can be rented across the street at the Harbor)

We are part of a condo association which includes 4 swimming pools with jacuzzis and tennis courts.

Hollywood, a neighborhood in Oxnard, is home to this condo. Channel Islands Harbor and Ventura Harbor are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Channel Islands National Park and Ventura County Fairgrounds. Channel Islands Maritime Museum and Golf N' Stuff are also worth visiting.
