Sliver Strand Beach Community is mostly comprised of single family homes with restaurants, convenience store, real estate offices, and yoga studio that sit along Roosevelt Blvd. The sandy beach is easily access able, with some of So Cal's best surfing!
Our Beach View Representative will roll out the welcome mat. They will guide you through the check-in process, walk you through the property and introduce you to all the amenities it has to offer you. They will also answer any questions you may have. Trust us, they're as friendly as the city itself!
Dragon's Cove is a 3 story, 1 bedroom 2 bath house with roof top deck and tandem 2 car garage.
Ground floor: Laundry room and bathroom.
Second floor: Primary bedroom with ensuite/bathroom.
Top floor: Kitchen, dining area with seating for four, den, balcony and outdoor BBQ area.
