A new modern style large luxury townhome in the Mill of Oxford just five minutes from the Oxford square and the University of Mississippi campus. The townhome is just under 2,000 square feet and features three bedrooms, three and a half bath. This includes a king size bed, queen size bed, two twin beds as well as a pull-out sofa in the upstairs loft area.

The main level features an open floor plan with a great kitchen including stainless steal appliances and keurig coffee maker. The large island seats 3 and the dining area seats an additional 6. The living room comes with a leather sectional sofa, accent chair, as well as a 65 inch LED Smart TV. The main level also features a half bath, laundry room, master bedroom and bathroom.

The master bedroom has a 49 inch TV and a king size bed overlooking the pond and fountain. The master bathroom includes a double vanity sink, large shower and walk-in closet.

The second level includes two large bedrooms as well as a loft area. The bedrooms have a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Each feature their own en-suite bathroom as well as walk-in closets. The twin room is equipped with a 42 inch TV. The loft area has a full size sleeper sofa with plenty of room in the second level for a blow up mattress (not included).
