This classic 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath townhome is located just steps off the Square and a short walk to Ole Miss campus.

The townhome features a large granite kitchen, two living areas, half bathroom, covered patio, and private courtyard on the first floor. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a covered patio on the second floor.

The kitchen has a dining area, large island, sonic ice machine, and Viking appliances. Just off the kitchen is a wet bar and access to the private courtyard with grill and outdoor seating. The kitchen opens to the living room and library with sitting area. The living room features a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and access to a covered patio.

Just off the stairs you will find the first bedroom. This room features a king bed, dresser, desk, ensuite bathroom and access to the second floor covered patio. The ensuite bathroom offers double sinks and large shower. The second room has a king bed, dresser, TV and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. In the third bedroom is a twin bed and a twin over full bunkbed. The room also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

There are two reserved parking spaces located just behind the townhome. If extra parking is needed there is a safe free public lot located just behind the property.

**Be aware there are ONLY 2 parking spaces with this unit. The other parking spaces in the complex are reserved the other units. You will be towed by property manager.

**Absolutely no pets! There will be an extra cleaning fee of 600.00 dollars charged if a pet is brought inside the property.
Courthouse Square Historic District, a neighborhood in Oxford, is home to this vacation home. FNC Tennis Center and Palmer-Salloum Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore South Campus Rail Trail and Coontown Crossing Public Use Area.
