This cute little cottage is in the middle of everything the East side of Owensboro has to offer. Walk to shops, restaurants and have seamless commutes to work, including Owensboro Health/The Springs. Plenty of room to spread out and no carpet here!

This home is nothing fancy, but is clean and private with a 2 car garage. It’s well-stocked with all appliances including a washer and dryer, fridge, micro, k-cup, toaster and cooking essentials.

There's a nice little back porch and large yard for BBQ’s or just catching some fresh air. Rock the afternoon away in our vintage restored porch rockers-:)
