Upper Back Deck: The upper deck located off the kitchen is currently offline and inaccessible. For your safety, this area is not included in the rental at this time.
Business as Usual: All interior spaces, including the kitchen and all living areas, remain fully functional and unaffected by these updates.
Don't worry—you’ll still have full access to our other wonderful outdoor spaces! You are encouraged to enjoy!

Situated on a wooded, private lot on the Otter Rock shoreline, with close by the beach. Inside, beautiful furnishings, hardwood and tile floors, and the light from huge windows and skylights will immerse you in beauty and comfort. Spiral staircases join three floors of spacious rooms, and multiple decks give you views to the ocean and the Yaquina lighthouse. Gathering places include a living room, separate dining area, upstairs loft living area, lower-level family and game room. The six bedrooms and separate sleeping area in the family room mean you can invite family and friends while assuring everyone privacy. The beach at Otter Rock is a prime, protected surfing area and a great place to sunbathe and beach-comb, and it is conveniently located between Lincoln City and Newport, giving you easy access to attractions in both cities. You'll enjoy spectacular views and a home designed to restore you with the serene, thoughtful way it maximizes its gorgeous location.

Located in Otter Rock, this vacation home is near the beach. Nye Beach and Beverly Beach State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Oregon Coast Aquarium and Whale, Sea Life, and Shark Museum. Tradewinds Charters and Newport Visual Arts Center are also worth visiting. Kayaking, surfing/body boarding, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
