This home sits right next to the artist getaway at the Sitka Center for Art & Ecology, only half a mile up the road from the famous Cascade Head South Trailhead. Kayakers can use the boat launch at Knight County Park on the Salmon River half a mile south, and there's a semi-private beach/river access point for the community. Bustling Lincoln City is also an easy nine-mile drive south, where you'll find plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Located in Otis, this vacation home is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge and Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge, while Theatre West and North Lincoln County Historical Museum are cultural highlights.
