Additionally, take advantage of the Branstable Beach pass included with this rental which allows you unlimited visits to beaches, lakes, and freshwater ponds with no parking fees to pay. July (7/6-7/13) and August (8/24-8/31) prime weeks are still open.

Our home is located in the exclusive village of Osterville, Barnstable County. It has three (3) large bedrooms with 5 beds total that can sleep up to 9 comfortably. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed while the second-floor bedroom has a queen bed, and a combination double and single bunk bed configuration.
In the first-floor bedroom, there is a queen bed with attached full bathroom. All the bedrooms have been fitted with new mattresses, pillows, and linens. Fresh linen service is included in the cleaning fee, so there is no need to pack the sheets or bath and hand towels.
There are two (2) full bathrooms with bathtubs and an outdoor shower off the back deck which is accessible from the newly built and spacious great and dining rooms. A recently renovated kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking and baking needs while you vacation in the heart of Cape Cod.
On the back deck you'll find a dining table, 6 chairs and a large umbrella to enjoy your BBQ. Feel free to use the gas grill for cooking but please notify us when the gas is running low so we can replace it for the next guests.
The house is situated on a quiet street away from crowds and traffic, yet a few minutes from scenic Dowses Beach and popular public beaches like Craigville, Covell, Long, Kalmus, and other Nantucket Sound beaches. A full parking pass is offered with this rental which allows you to park at any of the Barnstable beaches and freshwater ponds. There's no need to worry about walking to the beach when you can drive any time, as many times as you would like, and bring whatever you can load into the car. Also, the house is just a 2 min drive (1/2 mile) to scenic Joshua Pond, considered the clearest pond in Massachusetts. It has a perfect sandy beach with a lifeguard station and a full bathroom building with showers. The waters are calm and warm and just delightful for kids and adults alike.
Additionally, the house is just 1 mile away from lovely Osterville Village with upscale shopping, great restaurants like Five Bays, Crisp and Wimpy's, liquor stores, coffee, and ice cream shops as well as elite spas and art galleries. Nearby Hyannis is less than a 10 min trip for unique shops and local eateries on popular Main Street. Take a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor for an unforgettable daytrip to the islands. Enjoy golfing, beaching, fishing, kayaking and other activities on upper or lower Cape Cod while you stay in the heart of it all.
For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the basement. We also offer beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas for your use.

Osterville is home to this vacation home. Cotuit Center for the Arts and Barnstable Performing Arts Center are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Mashpee Commons and Main Street. Stand Up & Paddle Cape Cod and Cape Codder Water Park are also worth visiting.
