Pristine family home privately situated on a corner lot in a quiet, residential neighborhood. As new owners of this home, we have made several improvements: Fresh Paint Throughout, Comfortable New Deck Furniture, Propane Fire Pit, Ping Pong & Foosball for the Kids, Central AC, New Smart TVs, Gaming System, New Bedding, New Mattresses, and a Well Stocked Kitchen! Located in the quaint, upscale town of Osterville (Mid Cape) allowing for easy access to all points on Cape Cod! Just 15 minutes from Sagamore or Bourne Bridge! Located within 2.6 miles of downtown Osterville where you can enjoy several shops, restaurants, bakeries, and markets.

For vacation needs there’s local grocery (Stop and Shop) and more expansive shopping centers (Cape Cod Mall, Mashpee Commons) all within a 10 -15 minute drive.

Centrally located near several area beaches: Craigville Beach (3.5 miles), Covell's Beach (3.8 miles), Dowses Beach (3.2 miles), Joshua's Pond (1.8 miles) and several others with the homes provided Barnstable beach pass!

Hyannis Ferry Terminal is 6 miles down the road. Hop a ferry for an adventure in Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket!

This traditional Cape home offers over 1500 square feet of living space with plenty of beds outfitted with new bedding for everyone! The primary bedroom is on first floor and two more bedrooms are located on the second floor. The spacious living room with vaulted ceiling and sectional couch is perfect for enjoying family movies in the evening! There is an upstairs living room for the kids to enjoy their own tv shows, play on the Wii game system, or utilize one of the provided board games! Ping Pong table and Foosball table are in the basement for more kid entertainment!

Enjoy the private backyard and deck for grilling dinner or just lounging! Large outdoor shower is also available for showering off sand after a relaxing day at the beach!

Pack light because Beach chairs, Beach toys, Umbrella, beach towels, and cooler are provided!

This is a Saturday to Saturday rental in prime season. Three day minimum stay in early spring and late fall. Feel free to inquire about your travel dates!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home is well appointed with all the comforts of home. It is pridefully maintained and loved by our family as our own personal vacation home when it is not rented. Osterville is home to this vacation home. Barnstable Performing Arts Center and Cotuit Center for the Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Stand Up & Paddle Cape Cod and Cape Codder Water Park. Cape Cod Maritime Museum and Mashpee River Reservation are also worth visiting.
