Lake & Seasonal Conditions
Lake Winnebago’s water level is lowered in October, which may impact boat access. Kayakers can still enjoy the bay until the lake freezes.

Water depth at the dock ranges from 2–3 ft and is not suitable for swimming.

During winter, the channel does not fully freeze due to running water. Guests should not walk on the ice or attempt ice fishing in this area.

Located in Oshkosh, this vacation home is on the waterfront. EAA Aviation Museum and Grand Opera House are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oshkosh Community YMCA Tennis Center and Fox River Brewing Company.
