The beach is located right across from the condominium (2 min walk). Relaxing fireplace in the living room, built-in Sonos speakers throughout the one bedroom/one bathroom condo. 70 inch smart T.V's in living room and master bedroom. State of the art LG washer/dryer. No detail has been overlooked in this beautiful new condo!

No elevator in building. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building.
Due to the current pandemic, we have made changes to our cleaning after every guest:
- The condo is professionally cleaned after every guest trip
