A very unique haven situated on what was a private family compound with private beach on Cape Cod Bay. The beach is less than 700 feet away via a beautiful sandy path which passes a cranberry bog along the way. The rambling, airy & bright 3000 sq. ft. home has been renovated over the past several years. The entire main floor has walnut hardwood flooring with an open floor plan. The new kitchen has honed granite counters with a large cherry wood topped island with stools. The new spacious screened porch is ideal for outdoor living, day or night. It is adjacent to the dining room as is the adjoining multi-level deck. It places you in a secluded tree shrouded area ideal for bird-watching or just sun, salt air and beach sounds.

The large living room with a smart TV and DVD player also has a fireplace and a wooded view from the large bay window. The newly refurbished master bedroom with king size bed has its own new fully renovated full bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed while the third bedroom has a queen. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with 4 twin beds and has its own 1/2 bath.

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Namskaket, a neighborhood in Orleans. While the natural beauty of Cape Cod Beaches and Cape Cod National Seashore can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Ocean Edge Golf Club.
Orleans Bowling Center and Cape Escape Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
