The main level includes living space to unwind or walk into a fully stocked kitchen to create your best meals. First floor will feature two guest rooms and bath to complete the main floor. Head upstairs and you’ll find the third guest room and bath along with a little nook to take in more of the views while reading your favorite book. The grounds are truly estate-like, a lovingly curated blend of native flora and huge swaths of thick lawn interspersed with gardens and benches from which to decompress or stargaze. Acquaint yourself with the various denizens of the National Seashore who visit The Bluff or immerse yourself in some of the world's finest birding-- all to the ceaseless, restorative rhythm of the sea. Meander over the dunes or drive out on the residents' side to pristine Nauset Beach, spanning nine miles and three towns from The Coast Guard Station in Eastham to the dune shacks of Chatham. Skunks Bluff is an heirloom property with few equals and limitless potential to craft your family legacy.

*Cancellation Policy*

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
