Enter the home from the rear parking area and yard, into the eat-in kitchen. Queen Bedroom 1 and newly updated 1/2 bath are located off the living area that comfortably seats six. Additional living and dining space are found on the front porch that offers AC or sea breezes through the screened windows. Queen Bedroom 2 and full bath with shower and washer/dryer combo are on the second floor as is King Bedroom 3 with views out to the water on two sides. Brand new memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. A/C's throughout the house, Wifi and electric heat if needed. Outdoor shower, picnic table and seating for 6 on patio.
